All Levels Flow
A multi-level strength based practice beginning with an easy warm up, sun
salutations, and a series of poses including balances and inversions, designed
to work the body to the core, helping to loosen the joints, and get the blood
flowing. There will always be modifications, so you can work at the level best
suited for you a joyful stimulating experience. These classes are open to a wide
range of practitioners, aimed towards a moderately physical level.
This class is for students looking for a relaxing stretch with a focus on deep
breathing, while using the chair as a prop. Great for all ages…seniors who want
the stability of the chair and the ease of not having to move to the floor, office workers wanting to learn how to do some yoga in their chair throughout the work day, and those simply wanting to stretch, breathe and relax!
Candlelight Restorative Yoga
Under the soft glow of candlelight and calming music, take your yoga practice on an inward journey, quieting the body and mind to encourage expansion at every level of your being. The poses are primarily supine (floor based) and are supported and enhanced with props such as bolsters, blocks, blankets, straps or the wall. Poses are held between 5 and 10 minutes allowing for complete surrender. Melt into deeply restorative poses while you focus on breathing, stretching, alignment and utter relaxation.
This practice encourages softness and ease in the physical tissues, with feelings of greater calmness and acceptance for the mind. This class is open to all levels and suitable for most injuries.
Yoga Core & More
This class uses traditional yoga techniques combined with core strengthening moves to
improve one's overall "core strength".
Abs are only a small part of the real core strength. Our deep core muscles exist to
support our spines, hold us in proper posture and give us functional strength.
Beyond muscular core, yoga tradition refers to our spiritual core, the subtle most body
of containing our being. The yoga and meditative aspects of this class may strengthen
one's awareness of this deepest core, just as it strengthens one's physical body.
Stretch & Unwind Yin/Restorative Yoga
Come hold deep opening poses designed to stretch the connective tissue that holds our muscles together. Yin yoga is a strong yet passive form of yoga in which postures are held three to five minutes using breath to open the body and enhance flexibility. Perfect for recovery, rehabilitation, or relaation. Yin yoga is important for strengthening the joints and connective tissues that support the muscles. Restorative yoga guides from the "fight or flight" to the "rest and digest". The first part of this practice is deep stretching, the second half is restorative. The combination of yin and restorative is a wonderful practice for de-stressing. If you are working to heal from injury, using yoga to manage symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis or other chronic conditions, want to reduce stress, need to stretch deeply, learn about alignment in practice and most importantly just relax, this class is for you.

The Five Tibetans are known as the ancient "Rites of Rejuvenation" or the "Fountain of Youth."
These Rites are ancient yogic practices which were performed for thousands of years by monks in remote Himalayan monasteries and were considered magical because of their remarkable healing and rejuvenating effects.
The Five Tibetans will strengthen, energize and balance you. You’ll feel healthier, more alive! They are known to enhance bone mass, eliminate double chins, boost memory and immunity, improve eyesight, posture/spinal health, and more. They
work by speeding up and creating balance in the flow of energy through seven energy centers (chakras), thus normalizing hormonal and nerve imbalances. The actual sequence (performance order) of the movements themselves is
significant. In yoga terms, this sequence is perfectly designed to create the very energizing and mood uplifting effects on the body for which the Rites are renowned.
Some other benefits include:
-Feel calmer and less stressed – your buttons simply don’t get pushed as easily
-Develop significant mental clarity with a razor sharp focus
-Stronger, more flexible and less stiff
-Better sleep – some people have more vivid dreams
-Enjoy seeing muscles appear on your arms, stomachs, hips, legs and backs.
Good for toning flabby arms and tightening the abdomen
-Overall improvement in health, you don’t seem to catch colds or get sick as often
-Helps with depression and anxiety – lifts mood and improves well-being
-Feel younger and more powerful
-Improved breathing – deeper, slower and more conscious
-Increased levels of Qi (prana, life energy)
-Develops core strength, which provides a strong foundation for any other form of exercise or modern living
-Some people lose weight, most find it easier to control weight and desire healthier foods
-Improved digestion and elimination
The Five Tibetans can be strenuous, but modifications are shown and practiced in this introductory class open to students brand-new to the Tibetans and to those who want a refresher course. You’ll learn relevant warm-ups, how to perform each Tibetan with proper alignment and breathing, and how to avoid injury/ramifications of this powerful practice.
Each Five Tibetans Class will end with a NAAM Yoga Meditation, sealing in the positive, healing energy

Naam T.H.R.I.V.E (Tools for Health, Resilience, Immunity, Vitality & Empowerment)
Naam T.H.R.I.V.E. is a uniquely effective approach to healing the body and mind.
It is in the simplest things in life that we find truth and power. The most powerful yogic secret is learning how to use the breath most effectively.
In this class, we will learn Naam Yoga techniques to calm, control, expand, settle or invigorate your breath, which can result in an incredibly powerful development of focus and clarity in the mind, which will allow us to change the way we feel and approach life. By learning how to work with your own breath, by becoming mindful of your breath patterns, especially when under stress, one can reduce anxiety and negative emotions and become more positive. When you start consciously working with your breath, your mind is no longer in control of you, you can control your mind and chose to have positive thoughts vs. negative
Most importantly, a positive energy connection is made between the mind and heart, and compassion and kindness are manifested internally towards one’s self and externally towards others. As within, so is without. When one taps into the wisdom of the rhythmic breath, limiting beliefs and perceptions begin to dissolve and the heart becomes the guide to a more positive and healthy reality. This is an opportunity to sooth your nervous system, build the strength of your immune system and restore the flow of vital energy throughout your being. It is a practice that meets you where you are at, embraces you no matter what and strengthens your connection to the greatest version of yourself.

The class uses a specific series of unique exercises that train the brain and body to more easily experience this optimal state during daily life thus beneficially impacting one’s performance, communication, intelligence and health. Shakti Naam Yoga enhances the body’s capacity to nourish itself, much like a tree, with high quality solar prana, bringing oxygen to the brain, strengthening the heart, clearing energetic paths of the body and detoxifying and nourishing organs. It supports the body in building and activating the reservoir of healing energy located in the lower abdomen. It literally creates movement in the chest thus stimulating the heart and its large vessels and expanding lung capacity with strategies unlike most forms of exercise.
Powerful beyond words, the basic approach is relatively simple: use breath and mudra and asana to open the meridians and remove all blocks. It provides an almost immediate experience of the meditative state as it quickly causes the brain and nervous system to shift.
